Submission Guidelines
Guidelines and technical instructions of submission article for ICAIIS - 2023 conference are provided below.
General instructions
✔ The paper must be original, unpublished, and not currently being considered for publication in any journal or at any other conferences.
✔ Kindly format your paper using the Article Template available on the website.
✔ Paper submitted for publication must correspond to the conference's core technical scope.
✔ The complete article must be sent as a Microsoft Word file or Latex templates in the provided submission link of the conference website. Refer: http://icoaiis.com/submission.php
✔ Please make sure that article is written in clear, simple, and understandable English before submitting it.
✔ The document should not exceed more than 10 to 12 pages of length.
✔ The Abstracts should contain the objective, methods, findings, limitations of the research, practical implications, originality/value, and key words .The content should not exceed 250 words.
✔ The tables, figures, and equations should be of clear and high quality. It must contain proper caption. Each of these items needs to be cited in the manuscript's main text.
✔ Submissions that fail to follow these instructions will be sent back for revision.

Reviewing process
The submitted manuscript will undergo double-blind peer review by the conference technical committee.
The overall review process consists of Pre-Review (Screening), Peer Review, and Post-Review.
Authors should avoid from citing their own work which is irrelevant to the scope of the article.
The article that satisfies the submission guidelines and high technical quality content will receive the decisions from the conference official mail ID as mentioned in the website.
The confidentiality of the manuscript and any supporting materials is the primary responsibility of the author.
The similarity index should be less than 15% and single source is less than 5% is required for the submission process.
